high rates limited options
The parking rates were a real problem. I found a public lot across the road, but it's not ideal. The breakfast buffet didn't impress me, there weren't many options available. they ran out of forks pretty quickly. I felt the staff was stretched thin.

noise disturbance insufficient curtains
the breakfast was decent and included real eggs, which i appreciated.
I had issues with the noise. The curtains didn't shut properly, and i could hear trucks and trains all night it was disruptive to my sleep.

Comfortable suite near downtown
full kitchen comfortable beds
The room was spacious with a full kitchen and separate living area. i appreciated the comfortable beds and city view from the top floor. i found the location excellent. A tim hortons was conveniently located right outside.
the underground parking fee seemed high. i ended up using the cheaper public parking across the street.
